Over the Hill was established in 1998 and is headed by Dave Ing. Dave has spent most of his life walking and climbing, enjoying the many challenges mountainous peaks sometimes provide but mostly just being outdoors sharing his love of a particular area or mountain with his fellow walkers. He is a qualified and experienced mountain leader, specialising in providing groups and individuals with guided walks, climbs and treks, from moderate ambles along picturesque valleys and lake shores to more challenging hikes and exciting scrambles across mountainous peaks.
Over the Hill is a registered provider for the National Navigation Award Scheme. Courses are non residential and are normally held at either the Brecon Beacons National Park Visitors Centre, Libanus, Brecon or the Forest Enterprise Visitors Centre, Garwnant, near Merthyr Tydfil. A wide variety of accommodation is available in the area if required, details available from Brecon Tourist Information Centre.
